American Summer Camp
About the unit plan
School is over. A nice, long vacation is waiting ahead of you. Do you have any plans? How about spending time with lots of other young kids like yourself, doing all kinds of outdoor activities, and singing songs while eating roasted marshmallows by the bonfire?
In this unit, you will learn all about the American tradition of going to summer camp. First, you will learn how to do the moves to a popular song, and then you will read and work with a text about camp life using reading guides. You will watch videos about all the cool things American kids do at camp, and finally, you will plan your own camp.
