He brutally kills two black gang members who try to break into a truck that his father left him, and is sentenced to three years in prison.
The story shows how Danny is influenced by his older brother's actions and ideology, and how Derek tries to prevent his brother from going down the same path as he did after having been radically changed in prison. Ages 15 and up.

The film was relevant in its own time due to numerous discussions on the ethics of cloning. It is about a team of scientists, led by the elderly John Hammond, who have found a way to extract ancient dinosaur blood from fossilised mosquitoes and insert it into elephants, thereby cloning and remaking the hugeanimals that became extinct millions of years ago. Now, a theme park has been opened to the public, Jurassic Park, putting the enormous and dangerousbeasts on display. We follow an archaeologist (Sam Neill) and his colleagues, who have been invited to see the park. But when the power breaks down, the park runs out of control and the dinosaurs are set free. Ages 13 and up.
